I'm looking for sources of information about predicted mean vote (thermal comfort) correlated with?HVAC control -- consultants and/or papers.? I'm working for a company called SunEdison that will use this informaiton to develop a demand side management service.? Specifically, we want to know when and how long we can turn off the air conditioning during peak load times without making people too upset.
