Hi Tejas,
As David said i will propose the same answer for you.
Make the zone required to be as Ground Floor-1,2,3 and so on as follows:
You can take the different floors as the zone having different heighted
areas
Then the resulting 3-D can be as follows for the same floor.
In this way you can model the same floor taken as different floors for
different zones.
You are required to adjust the coordinates and also change the floor to
floor height of different zones taken as different floors in the Design
Development Wizard.

Hi all Modelers,
This time I have come across a single floor building which has zones with
different height. I have attached a roughly drawn elevation as an example
(Which is not needed :/) . Can any1 guide me how to model such case as
equest allows you to take same height for single floor.
