Hello all!
I'm new in the list, so probably this has been answered before... How can I obtain, or create (if it doesn't exist, because I didn't find it on DOE's page...) the weather file for Costa Rica?

Federico, Look on the energy plus website here: http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/weatherdata_about.cfm
I don't think there are weather files for Costa Rica but several surrounding countries have them and you might find something close.
You will then have to convert the file to a bin using the tool located here: http://doe2.com/download/weather/eQ_WthProc_EPWtoDOE2bin.zip
