Unoccupied fan turning on

Hello,
First time posting a question. The fan on multiple AHU's are turning on during unoccupied periods when the space is above the set point. The heating and cooling stays off when the fan comes on, so I think having the fan on is causing my issue with unmet hours. I have checked AHU's that have 0 unmet hours and the fan is following the schedule. All the AHU's have the same schedule. Has anyone seen this issue?

Thanks, Adam

I would check heating and cooling schedules, and more importantly, make sure schedules are actually assigned! It is easy to make a schedule thinking it will automatically be attached; not true.

Thanks for everyone?s feedback.

One other question, has anyone ever seen -999 under ?Current hour zone thermostat (deg F)? for the hourly results? Under eQuest help it states that -999 means the schedule is ignored for that hour. Why would the program do that?

Thanks, Adam

You have two options -
1. Turn the night-cycle parameter off - so they won't come on during the
unoccupied times, even if the temp is beyond the setback. Alternatively
increase the setback.
2. Allow the cooling/heating to be available all the time. Or have
economizer for night time cooling - might help if it is a cool climate -
won't help for summer weekends.

Depends on what the actual configuration is.
