Unexpected error message

I have encountered this error message recently when trying to view results of an eQUEST simulation

[cid:image001.png at 01CF36D7.BEDBD420]

It shows up only if I try to go into the results viewer. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to reinstall eQUEST on my machine?

Thanks

Are you viewing an eQuest 3.65 file? I always had that when viewing mismatched versions.

No - the weird thing is it was a file that I created myself - on the same machine with the same version of eQUEST.

What version of Windows. XP seems to be the least offensive. Windows Vista was my nemesis. Also, a colleague could NOT open a file in Windows 8.1 !!

Just to share a point of data regarding eQuest and Windows 8+:

Just tested the most current package of 3.64 eQuest on Windows 8.1 with all current updates (on a Surface 2 Pro).

I installed as ?Just me? instead of ?all users.?

Opened an existing and relatively large/complex 3.64 project without hiccups.
I can manipulate and spin around the 3D view freely and navigate the spreadsheet views without things going wonky (not always true of particularly large files)
Completed a simulation without error, after downloading the weather file (worked on 1st try)
View Detailed results (SIM file) works just fine
Summary (?rainbow graph?) reports work

Haven?t tried 3.65 yet, but things are looking good for 3.64 on the Surface (ha ha)?

Vikram ? your error definitely looks unique/new to my eyes. I?m unsure of how the *.PDH file interacts with the results viewer, specifically. I?d try opening the file from another installation (PC) just to eliminate whether it?s some interaction between your current OS / eQuest version / installation.
