I have tried reducing the VAV min setting from 60% to 30%. This gets me space cooling and pumping savings, but increases fan energy.
Any idea how to simulate a fan energy reduction?

For static pressure reset we typically model the fan performance curves in
the PNNL PRM RM

There's also an appendix in the Advanced VAV design guide with curves you
can use to represent different levels of reset.

Hello John,
Please refer to appendix 5 in the attached file. It gives the fan curve coefficients for different static pressure values.
I hope this will help.
