Hello All,

I am using EnergyPlus for modeling a building for LEED. And, there are some
restriction on the Rated Cooling Capacity and Rated Air Flow ratio (m3/s per
watt of cooling ratio) for proper operation of EnergyPlus. But
unfortunately, the 20 F sizing air flow and the 15% cooling capacity margin
does not make me achieve the restriction imposed by EnergyPlus. In this
case, would you think of increasing air flow or reducing the capacity as the
best bet?
