Dear All,

Can anyone help me to solve these 2 errors:

1. First error:

* 629 * "Roof" = CONSTRUCTION

*ERROR**********************************************************************
******************

*ERROR*****A PARENT SPACE must be defined before you can define this

EXTERIOR-WALL

2. Second error:

*ERROR**********************************************************************
******************

*ERROR*****- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - CONSTRUCTION =
*UNDEFINED*

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanks

Hind,

Based on my experience, it looks like somehow a delimiter (see Wikipedia
definition below) may have been deleted. In eQUEST the delimiters show up as
2 periods, .., and can be seen in your .inp file if you open it in Word. You
can use your .bdl file to locate the area that the error first occurred, and
it may only have occurred once) in by searching on the word "error" but you
must make the change in your .inp file. If that doesn't work or you don't
feel comfortable doing it send us at least your .inp file and .bdl file and
maybe even your .pd2 file. PLEASE note: zipping these files together is a
very good thing!

A *delimiter* is a sequence of one or more
charactersused
to specify the boundary between separate, independent regions in plain
text or other data
streams.[1]An
example of a delimiter is the
comma character, which acts as a *field
delimiter* in a sequence of comma-separated
values
.
