WSHP Hotel Room Energy Modeling

Ok so this may be a dumb questions.  I've started modeling a roughly 90,000 SF Hotel (for LEED) in which the Mechanical contractor (design build) wants to install a water source heat pump loop such that each individual room will have it's own water source heat pump.  As I'm putting my rooms in and starting to zone the spaces - with fan energy in mind - it occurs to me (seemingly) that each individual hotel room should be zoned as a separate system in order to accurately model fan energy.  Does anyone know if this is the correct approach?  I'm not seeing another way to do it accurately (I can't just add up the total KW of the fans as they will not all cycle the same way).   I would end up with around 120 systems in this building if I take the system per zone approach which seems kind of crazy to me. Thanks for your response.
