Hello! I'm new to energy modeling and I'm going through the all-in-one EQuest course bundle. I have a question regarding zone creation/zone groups. The building I will need to model has 3 distinct building sections, each served by a different heating/cooling system. What would be the difference in A) setting the zones to match the building section conditioned by each system, and B) setting each room as a zone, then grouping these as zone groups for each section?

The lesson I just watched had grouped office spaces, corridor, restrooms, etc into separate zones and I was wondering if these are all served by the same HVAC system, is there any reason to do it this way?
