Though I don't know of any requirements out there at this time for a Certified Energy Modeler, this program seems to give credit to what we do. Just wondering if anyone else had something to say about this, or if anyone has taken the exam. Maybe share the experience as a lessons-learned sharing of information.

Yeah, there is a little info out there, but the best thing to study is ASHRAE chapter 19, as mentioned.
Thanks! I'll try and stay awake while reading it....
Hi
I am also preparing for this exam, would you please tell chapter 19 of which ASHRAE handbook?
Thanks,
Thanks guys for sharing the crucial information out there regarding BEMP.
Hi Everyone in the forum.
For BEMP exam, is there any calculation? By using SI or I-P unit?
Thanks,
James
Yes, there are calculations required. You get an appendix for constants. I haven't taken it and wouldn't be able to tell you exactly what you get, but the BEMP exam is calculation heavy from what I have heard.
