Hello

I'm attempting to model a two-storey hotel with through the wall PTAC
units. These units incorporate a control method whereby the room
temperature is allowed to drop varying degrees dependent on unoccupied
time. For example, at when the occupancy sensor determines the 30
minutes unoccupied, the room temperature is allowed to drop 2 degrees,
at 60 minutes, it drops another 2 degrees etc.

I'm having trouble trying to figure out an accurate way to model this -
any ideas?
