I am doing my second equest model in 2 years (not very experienced). Can
anyone suggest a rule of thumb guide I can use to estimate my hours/price
quote? Project is 8 story apt complex, 34 units, served by individual split
systems.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Welcome back. If you go to Onebuilding.org, BLDG-SIM and search on the
threads "Costs of Energy Models for Compliance" and ""Energy Model Costs you
will find a very complete discussion of this subject that occurred in May of
this year. Lots of opinions.
