I'm working on a project that is looking into installing a photovoltaic
system on the roof, and wants to look into LEED EAc2. I have a two part
question:
1. To get the EA credits, should I base the array size on only the
building's electric use, or should I base it on the total energy use
including non-electric usage?
2. If the project gets high pressure steam and chilled water from
a central plant, do I include the central plan energy, or only the pump
energy for circulating the steam/chilled water?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
