On May 28 - 29, IES will offer a 2-day Intermediate training focused on the ApacheHVAC, ASHRAE Loads, and MacroFlo (bulk airflow network) modules of the IES VE suite for whole building performance analysis.

The workshop will be presented by IES Senior Consultant and Support Specialist Kieran Storey.

Topics will include ApacheHVAC airside and waterside interfaces, tips for efficient HVAC modeling workflow, HVAC loads and equipment sizing, prototype systems, custom systems, natural ventilation and mixed-mode systems, DOAS and DCV, advanced systems such as UFAD and radiant cooling, DX systems, water loops and equipment, simulation, detailed component-level results, and more.
