All-
I am modeling a building that would be charged large penalties for peak day
utility demand. We have been toying with the idea of using an ice storage
plant to reduce this ratchet penalty. Does anyone have experience modeling
this? I have been running into a few problems, one of them with correctly
sizing the charge and discharge loops. Any help would be appreciated.
