How o convert eQuest file from metric to imperial

Hi all,

* Can eQuest file convert metric to imperial?
* Can eQuest simulate overhead constant volume air system (RA & OA mixed) for ventilation, plus CRAC,s in the space ?

Can anyone please tell me what the steps to be followed to achieve above things
