Hi All

I am modeling a single zone building WWR 70/% with PTAC.
I am looking at energy use reduction with the use of switchable glazing.
If I change the glazing to switchable glazing with better performance values
than the baseline, I can see the reduction in heating and cooling energy
consumption but my ventilation fan energy is exceptionally high ( by 10-15%
depending on different cities)
I did not change any other parameter besides glazing.
I am not able to find a reason for this.
Does anyone have any experience on this?
