I am using E-Quest, for the first time, and I am quite frankly
struggling.

I am modeling a 31 story condominium with an attached 9 story garage

There are at least 7 different floor plans to model and E-Quest
recognizes only 3/

The zoning in DD wizard doesn't really recognize multiple ahu's (splits
being used by owner) on the floor.

I did not do the MEP for this but was asked to model

I could really use someone who is will to spend some phone time with me.
I will pay a reasonable consulting fee if you are a strong user.
