Hi, everyone:

Below is an illustration of a EPW weather file, I'm trying very hard to
find out the description of each row.

The main information I searched is :

1. The wind speed reference height.

2. Every rows' meaning.

3. Other numbers' meaning.

Someone told me that Energy Plus 's help files should include theses
information , I real find some climate information , but no detail
enough.

Could anyone take some light on this ?

Any suggestion should be appreciated.
