About the eSim 2012 Conference:
eSim brings together professionals, academics and students interested in building performance simulation advancements and applications. The 2012 conference is hosted by Dalhousie University in collaboration with Natural Resources Canada. It will be held in the beautiful port city of Halifax, Canada on May 2 and 3, 2012, with workshops held one day pre and post the conference. Themes of the eSim conference surround the modeling and simulation of processes and performance of the built environment. This includes all aspects of building simulation ranging from the simulators themselves to results of unique and innovative models. Coverage includes modeling physical processes (energy, occupant comfort, daylighting, etc.), control methods, community energy systems, building simulator tools, use of tools with building code/incentive programs, and performance visualization/validation.
We hope you will join us for the 2012 eSim Building Simulation Conference on 1-4 May. We invite you to explore our website at http://esim.ca/.
