IBPSA-Canada would like to announce that the paper abstracts for our eSim 2016 conference can now be submitted at the conference website (www.esim.ca). The abstract should be 100 to 150 words and should provide a concise description of the paper. It should clearly identify the unique contributions and the major conclusions. Visit the Submissions section of the website for conference themes. The final date for submissions is October 15, 2015.
To submit an abstract proceed as follows:
1. If you haven't created an account at www.esim.ca, do so by clicking the "Create an account" link on the right-hand-side of the home screen. Log into your account and click on "My Profile"
2. At the bottom of your profile make sure that the "Author" check box is checked. You may also volunteer to be a paper reviewer by clicking "Reviewer". Save your profile changes.
3. Click on "User Home" section in the top navigation bar, then click on "[New Submission]" beside "Author".
4. Following the instructions on the following screens to submit your abstract.
All abstracts will be reviewed by Monday, November 22, 2015 and authors notified of possible acceptance for a paper submission.
