I tried to convert from the .cvs file to .bin file using equest eQ_WthProc the
results are always errors as in below. Yhe path in windows is the
following: C:\Users\YEYSONMEZA\Documents\eQUEST 3-65-7175
Data\Weather\EPW\Processor
