Based upon the error message, it appears that the DOAS system was not created or not linked to the VRF systems. In detailed edit mode you can create a system type DOAS (if it has not been created already) and then set that system as the source of outdoor air in the DOA System keyword for each of your VRF systems:

Note that when you use the DOA System keyword, there is a required keyword DOA-ATTACHES-TO that does not have a keyword. It specifies whether the Dedicated Outdoor Air system delivers air directly to the conditioned zone or whether it goes to the inlet of your VRF fan coil. As such, it is helpful to set the User Default on DOA-ATTACHES-TO.

It may be helpful to provide the .inp and .pd2 to the userlist to better troubleshoot the error you are encountering.
