I am looking at the SV-A report. The exhaust flow in some zones is
higher than the OA flow. This is a VAVS system.
With DOE2.1e, the OA flow was increased by DOE2 so the exhaust flow
always matched the OA flow for each zone.
My question is what or how does DOE2.2 balance out the exhaust and OA flows?
