Dear Sir,

We have a LEED project here in Vietnam. We are trying to simulate an office building (plus canteen, plus dormitory). We don't know how to input systems below in to the software, does anyone know how to do it?

HVAC is for baseline: System 8 - VAV with PFP boxes (follow ASHRAE 90.1-2007) since is > 150,000 ft2
HVAC for proposed building: we use 2 types:
- Office area: Variable refrigerant volume (VRV system) with heat recovery ventilation.
- Dormitory rooms: Split unit

- Canteen : fan system

Base on these data, to create the parametric for HVAC system, I choose 2 type of HVAC :
- Office area: PTAC (packaged terminal air conditioner)
- Dormitory: PSZ (packaged single zone)

But an error comes out: "Loop has zero flow" and the simulation is aborted.
I've fixed the flow of CHW loop pump, but it's still notice the same error.

Anyone can help?
