The options for the design leaving chilled water temp in the equipment library and the temperature difference are fixed at 44 and ten degrees and grayed out. There also doesn't seem to be a hot water temperature difference option available. The system I am modeling is supposed to have a 12 degree temperature difference for cooling and 25 degree for heating. Is there any way to alter these values on heat pumps?

In addition to this issue, my backup boiler doesn't seem to be kicking on and there are over 4000 unmet load hours in my file. I reference the backup boiler as the backup heat source, but my backup boiler is only using about a therm of energy annually.
