Directions University Center of Chicago 525 S. State St. Chicago, IL 60605 The Young Engineers Committee of the Illinois Chapter of ASHRAE is pleased to sponsor the 2012 Energy Modeling Conference. The conference has been designed to demonstrate the power that energy modeling can have on the development, design and operations of buildings. Speakers range from developers, designers, and operators. Henry Green, President and CEO of the National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) will give a keynote address following lunch. Henry was a founding member of the International Code Council Board of Directors. He has been named an Honorary Architect by the American Institute of Architects. In 2009, he was appointed President and CEO of NIBS, a non-profit, non-governmental organization that successfully brings together representatives of government, the professions, industry, labor and consumer interests, and regulatory agencies to focus on the identification and resolution of problems and potential problems that hamper the construction of safe, affordable structures for housing, commerce and industry throughout the United States. The conference will close with a panel discussion followed by a networking reception and trade show. Bring your Valentine!
