I am working on a new dormitory project. The HVAC system is made up of geothermal wells that feed water to water heat pumps which feed a 2-pipe valance system throughout the building. There is a DOAS system that is also a heat pump with plate energy recovery unit that has 100% outside air and 100% exhaust.
Please advise!
