A clarification:
I'm half-certain the schematic design wizard prompts do NOT allow you to select whether or not to use floor multipliers. I'd advise you take your SD-built model, then convert to the DD wizards (option in the Tool menu) so that you can untick the "Use Floor Multipliers" box for the single shell the SD wizards will have generated:
