Good Afternoon,

I'm modeling a 4 story university building in Philadelphia with a VAV system. There is one AHU per floor, and another 100% OA RTU for a lab. In the AHU system parameters, equest is requiring me to have a maximum OA fraction above 0 for the air-size economizer cycle even though there is no air side economizer in this particular design. I set it to be the minimum OA ventilation ratio, but I keep getting warnings saying the MAX-OA-FRACTION is less than required outside air fraction of 1.00. Now in the SV-A report, all the AHUs have an outside air ratio of 1.0 and I believe this is causing the energy consumption to be too high.

Please let me know if anyone has run into an issue like this before or if you have any suggestions on what is going on.
