This is more of a question on LEED as opposed to how to model it in equest. I am working on a large bus maintenance facility with internal bus storage. The client wants to install bus charging stations in the parking/storage portion of the building. Would this classify as a process load or regulated load for LEED? My thought for modeling this would be simply to determine a kw load and add it to the electric meter scheduled to run overnight. Thanks in advance.
