I'm planning to do a rowhome renovation in Philadelphia which I would live in. I'd like to evaluate different glazing, insulation, and roofing materials before I make my final design choices. Does anyone know if there's an organization that has completed one that is open source? Has anyone done an energy model for a rowhome?
