Can any one please tell me how to eliminate Coincident Heating/Cooling hours in a zone using the system as Fan Coil. I have tried  different thing to address it, like change the infiltration schedule, ACH, minimum supply temperatures, design temperatures, exhaust flow rates and even let eQuest to auto size the system, but did not succeed. Please let me know if there are any way I can still try.
