Do you have any way in which edited weather data can be converted back into NCDC fomat so that the doe processor can be run to convert it to .bin format ? Please help .!!

Has anyone converted an EPW weather file to Excel, made changes, and then converted it back to EPW and then converted to *.bin?
Can someone explain what is in the columns of the attached EPW data in Excel?
