Hi All,
Have any one idea about the difference between Energy cost
budget method and Appendix G for Baseline building For example in ECB
method we dont have to take average of four orientation like App G

Many this are similar like LPD building envelope U value HVAC
efficiency ,are there any more difference may be like Baseline Fan
power calculation is it same for both?

I shall be obliged if any one can elaborate more difference between the two
