Bldg-simmers -
We are happy to announce that our week-long EnergyPlus and Radiance
Training on Feb 25th will now incorporate a session on using EnergyPlus's
new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) modeling capability.
This is a new feature of EnergyPlus as of version 7.0, which came out at
the end of 2011. Version 7.2 has expanded the functionality of the system
and included inherent heat recovery and water-cooled condenser options.
Our lab has had a chance to use this new system on two consulting projects
and was able to incorporate it at the last moment into our training.
We are about a week away from our cutoff date (Feb 15, 5.00 MST), but still
have slots available for the full week or just portions of the workshop.
Please email jdunn at uidaho.edu with any inquiries and questions!
