I have just updated the syllabus for the upcoming EnergyPlus training
(3-5 Nov 2011) in Salt Lake City, UT.

Its exciting to watch how the simulation tools in general, and
EnergyPlus in particular, becomes more and more user-friendly. At the
same time, it is challenging to keep up with the new topics that needs
to be included in the workshop. Nevertheless, I have updated the
syllabus to reflect recent changes in EnergyPlus (with the upcoming
release of v7, hopefully in time for this workshop) and OpenStudio, the
EnergyPlus interface that is used in the workshop. The new syllabus
still maintains the philosophy of the workshop, i.e. the workshop is
open for both architects and engineers, and all other professions in
building design who are interested in energy simulation.
