Does anyone know of typical $/Ton-Hour values? Basically any energy spent making and circulating chilled water, nothing airside (fans...), only pumps, chillers, and cooling towers.
We're getting around $0.05 - $0.07 for a new screw chiller plant with new everything, is this in the ballpark?
