We are excited to announce the release of the Modelica Buildings Library
versions 13.0.0, 12.1.1, and 11.1.1.

These new releases offer expanded capabilities and improved performance for
HVAC systems, district heating and cooling (DHC) networks, data center
cooling and control sequences.

All versions have been rigorously tested across major Modelica
environments, including Dymola, OpenModelica, OPTIMICA, and Modelon Impact,
and all versions have been updated to use the Modelica Standard Library
version 4.1.0.
