Folks:

Anyone seen heat transfer analysis that can describe the performance of prefab wall panels?

The system under consideration is made from hollow steel shapes, 6" at perimeter and 2" at intermediate locations. The framing is similar to the attached.

The panel is sheathed in densglass and proposed to be insulated in one of two ways:

- 2" mineral wool in the 2" wide center void or

- spray foam filling the 6" cavity around the framing.

The steel is not regular on 16" centers and represents a significant thermal bridge.
In our case the overall panel dimension is I believe 27 ft long by 3 ft high.

Any ideas?

Would this require a custom THERM analysis?
