I have instantaneous electric hot water heaters in a building. What is the
baseline hot water heater efficiencies to use from ASHRAE 90.1 2004? The
electric heater sub-categories in table 7.8 are for 20 gallons or above. Can
I assume that the baseline water heater is centralized electric water heater
- although this is not mentioned explicitly anywhere in the writeup.
