I'm modeling an office building where service hot water is provided by
electric instantaneous water heaters located in every toilet.

What would be the baseline case minimum performance requirements for
LEED according to ASHRAE 90.1-2004?

Table 7.8 lists only gas instantaneous water heaters. Do instantaneous
water heaters fall into the Electric Water Heater type from table 7.8?

In this case, how do I translate minimum performance requirements listed
in ASHRAE (EF and SL) in eQUEST inputs?
