I have a model for a school multipurpose room/GYM. (Only GYM is modeled,
entire facility is not modeled in e-quest)

The existing system is: Compressor, cooling tower and AHU

Proposed case/system: Packages AC units

The existing system is non operational from past couple of years (meaning,
there is no HVAC at current stage at the MPR)

How can I do utility monthly bill calibration for the baseline model? (Is
it even viable to do calibration specially if the system is decommissioned?
and not in operation)
