I've sent an email through another account so I hope my email is not posted
twice. I have a question about building occupancy, are we to account for
months that a building is not occupied? Such as a school for the summer
months. One building I know of only functioned for four months of the year.
I have seen no mention of from ASHRAE or LEED about the duration of
occupancy but I assume that it is to be modeled as occupied all year round.
Would that be correct?
