Boiler Entering Water Temperature

I have a question about the boiler entering water temperature. I checked the hourly report and found the boiler EWT is the environmental temperature if the boiler is located outdoor. ?Can I change it to return water temperature from the heating coils in the AHU? Your help is highly appreciated.
