For Ashrae 90.1 App. G, sections G3.1.3.4 and G3.1.3.10 specify a watts per
gpm for chilled water and hot water pumps. Are most people using a user
expression for applying this to the baseline model or is there another way.
If someone is using a user expression could you provide an example?
