[00:00:00]That brings us to the end of Getting Started with OpenStudio course. We’ve compared the energy consumption for two different HVAC options for a typical office building and gone through from start to finish all of the steps needed to successfully run a simulation using OpenStudio. To summarize the course, I put together a very brief summary report. You can download that. So that summarizes all of the key information that we’ve used as inputs to the exercise, a quick reminder of the software that we’ve used, some information about the geometry that we built in SketchUp and I’ve also given you some guidance there on the kinds of tables and results information that you can pull out of the OpenStudio results and the EnergyPlus results in order to kind of put together a summary report of this ledger.
[00:01:08]I’ve also included the schematics that we looked at briefly, so the schematic of the package terminal heat pump and also the variable air volume schematic. This one’s taken from an online source that’s referenced in the caption and that’s quite a good description of the VAV sort of engineering details. In this document, there’s also the summary table and summary chart and that’s also linked back to the Excel document that’s made available for download as well. So that brings us to the end of the course. I hope that you have enjoyed it and I hope very much that you’ve got something useful from it. Please feel free to email me, ask me any questions that you have. Please also use the forums to post any questions or queries or feedback and thanks very much for your attention and that’s a wrap.
