Payment and refund policies

Below you will find our current payment and refund / replacement policy.  Please read it carefully as this is the official policy enfored at the present time.  If you have any questions or comments about this policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Current Payment Policy

Effective immediately, the following payment policy is established. ALL Energy-models.com CLIENTS MUST READ, UNDERSTAND AND ADHERE TO THIS POLICY except by other written arrangements approved by Energy-models.com. 

Our policy is to collect payment upon purchase of product or agreement of service.

For Paid Subscriptions: credit card information will be gathered and processed upon agreement of charges.

Monthly Subscriptions are on a month-to-month basis and provide User Access to the specified Cosmo Logic Library depending on purchased subscription type.

• Automatically renews on the same date of each corresponding month (example if purchased on March 22nd, renewal date is April 22nd). If renewal is on final date of month with no corresponding date, the renewal will be on the final date of the next month (January 31, 2008 subscription renews on February 29, 2008)
• No payment processing notification will be sent for recurring subscription fees. Receipts for all payments will be available at the user account
• All courses are previewable and therefore no refunds are offered for any initial payments unless otherwise specified 
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Subscriptions may start with a free trial or low cost trial. The trial period is 1 week, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Energy-models.com reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your trial eligibility.
• Billing of your Payment Method for monthly membership fees begins automatically at the end of the free trial period. Your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period. 
• To cancel a recurring subscription, simply go to energy-models.com/user, and select the recurring fees tab. Then select "Cancel" for the corresponding fee. Users will keep access to the training material for the remainder of the term paid.
• Discounts, rebates or other special offers only guaranteed for initial term; monthly subscriptions renew at the full subscription rates
• Transactions disputed through cardholder services shall incur a fee of no less than $200 or the disputed order amount plus fees (whichever is greater). Fee shall be payable to Cosmo Logic LLC.
• Cosmo Logic reserves the right to permanently suspend any user account when the user has a disputed a transaction. This includes termination of any "Lifetime" licenses.
• Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates
• Energy-Models.com may increase subscription fees for a subsequent subscription period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that Cosmo Logic provides notice at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the subscription
• Cosmo Logic may terminate the subscription and these Terms if unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information
• Right of Access to the Cosmo Logic Library granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees

For live Training events (web based or in person), credit card information will be gathered at signup. The credit card will be processed 3-5 weeks before the training event. Once the credit card is processed, a $100 administration fee per person attending will be charged for cancellations. Cancellations within one week of the event will be charged a $200 administration fee per person attending.

Non-Credit Card Transactions:

ALL payments must be received within 30 days from the day you receive an invoice.

Non-payment may result in your account being sent to collections, your credit standing with us being downgraded and possible litigation to recover payment.  If you have questions or concerns, or you feel that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at support@energy-models.com

We prefer to work payment issues out in a positive way and we try not to resort to sending payments to collections or small-claims unless we have no recourse.

Current Refund / Replacement Policy

Live Training Events:

No refunds for training events attended. Cancellations made 1-3 weeks before the event shall be given a full refund minus a $100  or 10% administration fee (whichever is less). Cancellations made less than 1 week before the event, shall be given a refund minus a 15% or $200 administration fee that results from expenses incurred for booking. For privately held on-site events, the administration fee shall be no less than $500 to the sponsoring organization.

Online Training:

Online Training courses offer free previews of all videos.. Therefore, there are no refunds for online training purchases unless otherwise specified.

The 7 day guarantee is voided if more than if 50% of the training pages are viewed. All refunds are subject to the discretion of Energy-models.com. Refunds will not be given when products are used repeatedly with the intent of getting free use of products during the 7 day period. This exception exists for those few people who try to abuse our refund policy.

7 day guarantee is not applicable for bundle or all access products and refunds shall be at the discretion of Energy-models.com. 

Anyone using a coupon code by fraudulent means will have their access terminated without refund.

All guarantees are voided in the event of a breach of our Terms and conditions.
