Has anyone ever simulated a Transpired solar wall?

I'm not sure which software to even attempt this with?

Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to look at this:

I think RET Screen has a solar air heating module.

Not sure if Norm Weaver is still active on this list, but I think he was working on creating an analysis tool for Solar Wall.

RETScreen definitely has a solar wall module.

There is also the SWIFT solar wall modelling software available here:

Good luck -- have had pretty good success on a couple of solar wall projects.

I've started a quick and dirty excel based calculator (attached), just for schematic purposes, but I'm sure it can be extrapolated further. FYI, there may be a couple of quirks...

Fred,
There is a transpired solar wall component in TRNSYS as well. It was
developed by Greg BARKER for NREL. I've used it in a number of projects
and had good luck with it. I am not entirely sure what its availability
is but I can check for you and find out.
